NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

It is the responsibility of each shareholder to notify the Company of the following changes;

• ​any changes in share ownership.  Are the certificates made out in your name?  Have you sold your shares to someone else?
• address changes
• water turn location or rental.- Due by March 15th of each water year

Notice of Annual Assessment
The Board of Director has set the Annual Assessment for 2025 at $61.00 per share
  This assessment is due by December 15, 2025.​  A $25.00 late fee will be charged on any unpaid balance on December 15 2025.

STOCK CERTIFICATE CHANGES
  Stock certificate transfer requests for the
December 1. 2025 Board Meeting must be turned in no later than
Friday November 28, 2025 before 5:00 p.m.
