It is the responsibility of each shareholder to notify the Company of the following changes;
- any changes in share ownership. Are the certificates made out in your name? Have you sold your shares to someone else?
- address changes
- water turn location or rental.- Due by March 15th of each water year

To Whom It May Concern:
Lehi Irrigation Company is giving notice of intent to abandon an irrigation easement located in Lehi, Utah. This easement is for the delivery of irrigation water. The location of the ditch is 1329 N 100 E Lehi, Utah . This includes one property owner who has requested the easement be abandoned. Lehi Irrigation Company abandonment of the easement does not affect other prescriptive easements that other parties have established in the water conveyance facility. If there are any objections to this abandonment, list your concerns in writing and submit them to John K. Bushman, Secretary, before June 8, 2026, at [email protected]
